Rough terrain (RT) cranes are cranes with a hydraulic expandable and often rotating boom. They are designed for pick-and-carry operations and for off-road and “rough terrain” applications. They are versatile and flexible as they can travel over the road independently, can also be transported to sights by truck, and require limited or no assembly on site. Their load capacity ranges from 8 to 160 tons.
